REPORTING WRONGDOING OR RETALIATION
No UTB/TSC employee shall take any disciplinary or retaliatory action against any individual for, in good faith, reporting, or causing to be reported, suspected wrongdoing, or for assisting in an authorized investigation of alleged wrongdoing. The prohibition against disciplinary action does not extend to disciplinary action for self-reported violations.
Any wrongdoing or retaliation should be reported to any of the following:
- your supervisor
- the Compliance Officer, Rosemary R. Martinez, Vice President for Business Affairs, or
- the confidential EthicsLine Hotline.

U.T. System
If an alleged wrongdoing is significant or widespread or applies to the U.T. System as a whole, or if you are uncomfortable reporting the matter to UTB/TSC, you may submit a report to any of the following outside sources.
