Enterprise Systems Support
The Enterprise Application Services (EAS) team provides management and support to all the Enterprise (i.e. university wide) applications, systems and servers including Datatel/Colleague and ScorpionOnline, university wide Single Sign-On, UT Systems Shared Services, and many others.
Consisting of the Data Center manager and two highly specialized application and system administrators, known as SysTeam, this group has implemented Enterprise university wide initiatives including Single Sign-On, Datatel/ScorpionOnline upgrades and university Security initiatives.
This highly skilled group is also in charge of verification of Enterprise Datatel/Colleague services, integrity of servers, Data Center operations and security, and Disaster Recovery.
