Projects

Work pertaining to existing labs, classrooms, and systems is requested by submitting a Track-It work order.

New IT-related projects such as labs, classrooms, systems, or other initiatives are requested by completing a Project Request Form. Please submit a project request form at least 60 days in advance of the expected live date. This is necessary to coordinate any needed equipment, labor, bids, etc. A review must be conducted by an ITS representative and your department prior to any purchases or implementations.
