Borrowing materials - Faculty & Staff

Responsibility of Borrowers

  • Borrowers are responsible for returning materials on time and in good condition. As a courtesy, overdue notices will be sent to Faculty/Staff via UTB email accounts.
  • Library materials should be returned to a staff member at the Circulation & Reserves Desk located on the first floor of the University Boulevard Library, or they can be dropped in the book drop located at the entrance of the library or through the book depository located outside of the library building. Items can also be returned at the Oliveira Library Circulation Desk located in room 144 inside Special Collections.
  • Excessive overdue materials may lead to suspension of borrowing additional library materials. Failure to comply, staff personnel will be reported to their immediate supervisor and/or supervising dean who will recommend action.
