Bachelors of Multidisciplinary Studies
The Bachelor of Multidisciplinary Studies is a program that allows you to individualize your own degree plan that will meet your educational needs from a variety of educational disciplines that a conventional major would not. As a BMS student you will have the opportunity to personalize your degree in order to fulfill your own educational and career goals, by selecting your own concentration areas of study.
Degree Requirements
1. General Education Core (48semester Credit Hours)
2. *Concentration I – 18 hours (12 hours must be advanced 3000, 4000 level)
3. *Concentration II – 18 hours (12 hours must be advanced 3000, 4000 level)
4. Computer Applications – 3 hours (BCIS 1305 Business Computer Applications or COSC 1301 Microcomputer Applications)
5. ELECTIVES – 33 HOURS
TOTAL CREDIT HOURS FOR GRADUATION 120 Semester Credit Hours
TOTAL ADVANCED HOURS 51-72 Semester Credit Hours
*Select two 18-Hour Concentrations from Liberal Arts, Sciences, Business, Education, Health Science, or Applied Technologies. Courses in a Concentration must be from the same discipline.
