I have not received an acceptance letter from UTB. Have I been accepted to UTB?

You must check your email constantly to see if the Admissions Office has sent you any emails regarding your status. UTB is going paperless so any information regarding your status will be sent through email. You can also check your admissions status with UTB by calling the Office of Admissions at 956-882-8295.

Do I have to register for the UTB orientation already?

If you have selected UTB as the university you wish to attend yes, you must register for the UTB orientation. It is important that you try and register to one of the first orientation dates because once you complete orientation you will be able to register for your fall semester classes.You can register at the following link:

What is my admissions status with CAMP at UTB?

CAMP has been refunded therefore we will have a program this coming year. We have begun to process applications and have already contacted you or are planning to shortly. If UTB is still the university you wish to attend please continue your admission process and know that I am here to assist you in any way I can. Have I received financial aid packet?

You can check your email to see if financial aid had not sent you any emails regarding your status. You may have been selected for verification and need to turn in additional documents to financial aid. You can also check your status by logging on to scorpion online using the user name and password that was given to you on your acceptance letter to UTB. Here is the link: Scorpion Online

Important things to remember:

if you plan to leave and work for the summer make sure that you have taken care of all your admissions and financial aid requirements before you leave for work.
