Group Fitness
A fun, interactive and FREE program, Campus Rec’s group fitness classes are meant to encourage individuals of all fitness levels! Providing motivating and effective workouts, our instructor-led classes, include a variety such as Zumba, dance, abs, plyometrics and yoga. Our classes are meant to help you gain the comfort and confidence needed to stay motivated and excited about including fitness and wellness into your everyday activity.
Classes in GRAY are held in REK 1.202. Classes in ORANGE are held in REK Social Space. Classes in BLUE are held on REK Court 2.
