Application Checklist

• Read the cover letter and all accompanying instructions.

• Complete the application form including the three essay questions.

• Compose a leadership résumé outlining campus involvement and/or community service activities and other applicable qualities.

• Verify that you signed the application.

Attach the application form, your résumé, responses to the essay questions, and the three letters of reference (sealed signed envelopes) as your application packet and submit to:
