Zumba

Dates/Times: Every Monday at 5:30-6:30 pm

Location: Casa Bella 

Join us for Zumba every Monday! Students, faculty and staff of all levels of Zumba are welcome!The Campus Suicide Prevention Program is hosting weekly zumba classes from 5:30-6:30 p.m. every Monday to promote well-being on campus.  Classes are held with certified instructor Fanny Pinales. Please be punctual. See you there!

Free HIV Testing

Dates/Times: Every other Wednesday 9 am-12 pm and 1-3 pm

Location: Student Health Services, Cortez Hall 237

Did you know? About 1 in 4 new HIV infections are among youth ages 13-24. Most of them do not know they are infected, are not getting treated, and can unknowingly pass the virus on to others. Come and get tested. Provided by Valley Aids Council

Tai Chi Classes

Dates/Times: Thursdays 5:30-6:30 p.m.
Location: Casa Bella by the pool/gym area (depending on weather)

The Campus Suicide Prevention Program of SHS is hosting weekly Tai-Chi classes every Thursday from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at Casa Bella.  These classes are intended to promote well-being on campus. Students, faculty, and staff are welcome! Classes are held at the pool area or the gym (depending on the weather) with certified instructor Gabriel Sanchez. Please be punctual. See you there!
