Additional Fees:

Audio/Visual: A (flat rate) $50.00 audio/visual fee is required for any of the following items: TV/VCR, Microphone(s), Microphone Stand(s), Lapel Microphone(s), Overhead Projector, DVD, Compact Disc, Tape Recorder, Laptop hook-up capability (user must supply laptop).

Equipment Needs: Podium ($25.00), Wooden Riser ($100.00), Linen ($12.00 ea.), Gold Chivarri Chairs ($3.00 ea.), and Cocktail Tables ($12.00 ea.)



[1] El Gran Salon/La Sala Rental Fee Includes:

1.     Facility Amenities: Tables, Chairs, Set-up, Tear-down, Clean Up,( Kitchen Facility& Dressing Room for El Gran Salon only).  10 Hour Rental Period from 2pm to midnight for El Gran Salon.  5 Hour rental period for La Sala.

2.     Security: Based on type of event, use of alcohol and/or number of persons attending. Minimum of 2 Officers for 6 hours required. Additional Officers and hours may be required due to the nature and size of the event.  Prices may increase.

3.     Cleaning Services: Based on type of event and number of persons attending. Minimum of 2 Porters for 6 hours required.  Additional Porters and hours may be required due to the nature, amount of clean up, and size of the event. 

[2] Damage Deposit

1.     Damage Deposit will be returned 30 days after your event, provided that there are no damages to the facility or that you do not require additional services.   In the event of a cancellation, you must cancel 30 calendar days before your event, otherwise you will lose your damage deposit.

[3] Veranda Rental Fee Includes:

1.     Facility Amenities: Uses existing wrought iron furniture.  Clients may bring in additional furniture of their choice.  10 Hour Rental Period from 2pm to midnight. 

2.     Security: Based on type of event, use of alcohol and/or number of persons attending. Minimum of 2 Officers for 6 hours required. Additional Officers and hours may be required due to the nature and size of the event.  Prices may increase.
