Reserving a Space for an Event
Astra Schedule is a web-based solution that ushers in "Enterprise Calendaring" - a central calendar for rooms, events, classes, equipment, service providers, catering, students, faculty, and event attendees.

Scorpion Announcements
UTB and TSC provides a bulletin announcement service for broadcasting messages to the campus, including students, faculty and staff. Please review and use these guidelines to help submit a message for Scorpion Announcements.
Scorpion Announcements form is only accessible to staff and faculty. University related student organization announcement must be submitted by the organization’s advisor.
Go to Faculty/Staff Login to post an announcement. (Please review the Scorpions Announcement Guidelines before submitting a request).

Creative Services is a department of the University Marketing and Communications division. Their labor is free to university departments. Only charges are for printing, non-English translation and editing, and ad placement.

The Office of News and Information can help publicize events. Having media cover events often requires special expertise. Major events that require additional security and reporters may have particular equipment or needs. The Office of News and Information can help you plan for this part of an event and ensure these issues are addressed in the early stages of any events planning process.
