Woodwind students who participated in the 2010-2011 Region 28 and Region 15 High School All-Region Honors and Symphonic Bands and the ATSSB All-Region Band are invited to join their talented colleagues from across the Valley for this unique ensemble experience.

This is an excellent opportunity for advanced students to improve individual and ensemble performance skills with other talented students from across the Valley!

A final concert featuring the 2011 Honors Flute Choir, Honors Clarinet Choir, Honors Double Reeds Ensemble, and Honors Saxophone Choir will be held on Thursday, May 12, 7:00 p.m. in the new Arts Center Concert Hall, which is located behind the Jacob Brown Auditorium on the UTB Campus. The final concert is free and open to the public.

2011 Rehearsal & Concert Schedule

Rehearsals: (Eidman Hall - UTB Campus)

  • Thursday, April 21, 6:00-8:00 p.m.
  • Thursday, April 28, 6:00-8:00 p.m.
  • Thursday, May 5, 6:00-8:00 p.m.

Dress Rehearsal: (UTB Arts Center)

  • Tuesday, May 10, 6:00-8:00 p.m.

Concert: (Arts Center Concert Hall, UTB Campus)

  • Thursday, May 12, 7:00 p.m.
  • Attendance to ALL rehearsals, dress rehearsal, and concert is required for participation.
  • Music will be mailed to the student’s home address one week before the first rehearsal.
  • Return completed Student Registration Form by Friday, April 8, 2011 to confirm your spot.

  • You may either register by mailing or faxing the attached form, or register on-line and email to designated professors
