Programs of Study
The Department of Health and Human Performance offers a Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Human Performance. The program is offered to undergraduate students who intend to prepare for careers as teachers in the subject field of Health and Human Performance. Successful completion of the respective undergraduate program of study, fulfillment of prerequisites and completion of TExES will qualify students for State Certification as an elementary, secondary or all-level teacher in Health and Human Performance. In addition, graduates will be qualified as athletic coaches in their areas of experience (link to program degrees plans)
