Bio:
Ms. Leticia Diaz is an Associate Master Technical Instructor at the University of Texas at Brownsville. She is interested in early childhood development, culture, CDA (Child Development Associate) competencies and Texas Department of Family and Protective Services (Child Care Licensing Department). She presents regularly at international and state conferences. She also presents workshops for local preschool, child care facility and Head Start agencies (Neighbors in Need of Services and Texas Migrant Counsel).
