Early dental school acceptance program
Student's interested in applying for one of the early acceptance programs listed should contact us or stop by Life Health Science Building (LHSB) 2.822, Biology Wing, for an appointment or to register as a pre-early acceptance student and ensure all requirements are met on time.
The Early Dental School Acceptance Program targets undergraduate freshman. EDSAP is designed to allow motivated undergraduate freshman the opportunity to apply and interview for the dental school at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston Dental Branch. EDSAP Students are eligible to recieve dental school scholarships. EDSAP students have the opportunity to attend summer internships. The EDSAP program is a conditional acceptance program: Students must complete undergraduate requirements to maintain eligibility in the program.
Applying for any early acceptance program will require dedication and commitment on the part of the student.

- UTB/TSC undergraduate freshman
- Texas Resident with U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Resident status
- Completed 12 to 32 credit hours
- 3.25 overall and science GPA
