Vocational Nursing
Welcome the the VN Program Web Page here at UTB/TSC! The Vocational Nursing Program at UTB/TSC was the first college based program of its kind in the Rio Grande Valley. It has a tradition of excellence and long been recognized for its innovative education. This Vocational Nursing program is also the first and only Vocational Nursing Program within the UT System. This school was the foundation for other programs in the Rio Grande Valley including the McAllen program and the Weslaco campus program at Knapp Medical Center. Both of these programs are now part of South Texas Community College Vocational Nursing Program.
