- Academic Success Plan and Contract:
For the academic plan you will need to reference the Academic Success Contract and Academic Success Plan that you developed with an academic advisor. Copies of these documents must also be submitted as part of your application to appeal. Academic Advisors are available M-F from 8-5. You may contact them at academicadvising@utb.edu or call 956-882-7362 to schedule an appointment.
- Career Counseling Action Plan:
For the career plan you will need to reference the Career Counseling Action Plan developed with a career counselor. A copy of this document must also be submitted as part of your application to appeal. Career counselors are available M-F from 8-5 at the Student Success Center located at the MRC North Annex. You may contact them at studentsuccesscenter@utb.edu or call (956) 882-8292 to schedule an appointment.
