| Job Duties: |
- Facilitate 3-4, 50-minute study sessions per week for targeted course
- Attend class lecture for targeted course and take notes
- Model and encourage collaborative study strategies
- Prepare session activities
- Create and manage resources
- Contribute to a friendly and productive learning environment
- Meet regularly with supervisor and faculty of targeted course

| Qualifications: |
- Minimum cumulative and semester GPA of 3.0 with an A or B in targeted course
- Completion of at least 12 college credit hours
- Must be currently enrolled at UTB/TSC
- Effective interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to relate to students with various academic levels and needs
- Must have approval from the instructor of the targeted course
