Responsibilities:
As Director of Human Resources, Trini will oversee all facets of human resources including, implementing policies and procedures, recruitment activities, training and development, strategic planning, human resources operations, as well as, employee relations, and compensation and benefits.
Previous Experiences:
Trini brings to us over 15 years of experience in progressively responsible human resources management positions. Most recently, she served as Human Resources and Environmental Health and Safety Manager for International Paper in Edinburg, Texas. Prior to that, she served as Human Resources Manager for Springs Window Fashions in Reynosa, Mexico.

Responsibilities:
As director of Human Resources, Jesse plans, manages and oversees the activities and operations of the Office of Human Resources, which includes development/training, benefits, compensation and employment.
Previous Experience:
Jesse brings to our University over 28 years of experience in the public sector, including fourteen years in higher education management positions. Most recently, he served as director of Human Resources for Angelo State University where he was responsible for directing and managing all human resource functions and programs.
Prior to that, he served as the associate director of Human Resources for The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio from 1995-2006, where he was responsible for day to day supervision and project coordination.
