The UTBT/TSC Compliance Program is directed by an Executive Compliance Committee and Corporate Compliance Committee. The Executive Compliance Committee is composed of eight high-ranking UTB/TSC officials. The Corporate Compliance Committee is composed of twenty three employees who represent certain high-risk compliance areas within UTB/TSC.
