Mission Statement
The Office of Compliance provides administrative and advisory support to the Institutional Compliance Officer and Institutional Compliance Committee. Its principle objective is to help prevent liabilities through: specific monitoring review activities in high-risk areas; employee training and awareness programs; investigation of allegations of wrong-doing or non-compliance with Federal and State laws, and UT System and UTB policies and rules, and ensuring appropriate administrative corrective actions; and continual self-assessment of program effectiveness by the Institutional Compliance Officer and the Institutional Compliance Committee.
