* Damage deposits are returned BY USPS MAIL thirty (30) working days after the event in question. Any damages to the hall, tables, chairs, or surrounding areas of the hall will be deducted from the damage deposit. Any questions regarding the damage deposit can be directed to the FBMC Management Office.

Capacity: Maximum 1500 (varies with set-up).
  
Concessions: To be negotiated with FBMC Management Office.

Deposit: A 50% deposit of the total cost is required at the time reservation is made. The balance must be paid in full at least four (4) months prior to the date of the event. 

Electrical: Electrical service in Jacob Brown is 110 voltages. Please confirm with your band/musician/performer if a 220 voltages is needed. Electrical requirements that exceed existing electrical output must be performed by a UTB/TSC Physical Plant Electrician at lessees expense of $150.

Hall Decorations: For evening events, hall is available for decorating from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. No adhesive tape can be used on any painted surfaces. For morning or afternoon events, please check with FBMC Management Office for hall decoration availability.

Lighting: There is a $25.00 fee for the use of each spotlight. Lighting arrangements must be made with the FBMC Manager Office at least two (2) weeks prior to the event date.
Please make necessary arrangements with the FBMC Management Office.

Parking: Available free of charge.

Rehearsal/Load-in/Load-out: Additional charge for Rehearsal/Load-in/Load-out time to be determined by the FBMC Management Office.

Security Guards/Police Officers: Security Guards/Police Officers are required for all evening events starting at or after 6:00 p.m. and for all events where alcoholic beverages will be consumed. Four (4) Security Guards/Police Officers are required and must be on duty one hour prior to event start time and at least thirty (30) minutes after the event ends. Tables & Chairs: Tables, chairs, set-up and clean-up are included in the rental. Table and chair set-up changes will not be allowed the day of the event.
