EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS
An Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is just what it sounds like - assistance for employees.
An EAP provides confidential, professional assistance to help employees and members of their households resolve problems that affect their personal lives or job performance.
EAP has contracted with the University of Texas Employee Assistance Program (UTEAP) whose staff is specialized in helping people identify their problems, offer guidance, and locate resources when necessary.
Any problem that troubles you, gets out-of-hand or reduces your ability to concentrate can be brought to EAP at no cost to you. This includes but is not limited to:
