If you are a benefits-eligible employee, you can make changes to your benefits and/or renew your enrollment in the UT Flex Plan during this period of time online at www.utsystem.edu/myutbenefits.

UT Touch is a paperless enrollment system that allows you to view or change your benefits online during the Annual Enrollment Period in July. UT Touch also allows you to view your coverage online during the year outside of the Annual Enrollment Period.

To view your coverage online, visit https://utdirect.utexas.edu/nlogon/sgwww/UTTOUCH/. Under "Login Using My:" select "Social Security Number and PIN". Enter your Social Security Number and Date of Birth (YYYYMMDD) where appropriate and press the Login button.

Update your personal information on this page or click on the Benefits Summary tab to view your coverage. When you are finished viewing your coverage, don't forget to Logout.

UT Retirement Manager is a secure website that enables you to review your retirement savings and helps you project how much you may need to save for retirement.

You can use UT Retirement Manager to:

  • Learn about your available UT System Retirement Plans.
  • Enroll and make changes to your Retirement Plans.
  • Read Financial Education articles on a range of topics about financial planning.
  • Use Financial Calculators to help you determine how much you may need to save for your future.

* When signing on, you will need to enter your seven-digit employee ID number. For example, if your employee ID is 1234, then you will enter 0001234.
