| GET MOVING, SCORPIONS (Wellness) |
Cardio and Strength Conditioning Tuesdays and Thursdays 5:30 - 6:30 p.m. REK 1.532 (Multi-Studio) This entry level class consists of cardio activities, strength building through the use of hand weights, and concentration workouts on muscle groups like the abdominals and legs. Everyone is welcome to join, especially those at the “just getting back into it” phase. No REK membership required. Fitness Fridays UTB/TSC employees interested in trying out the REK Center can do so free of charge every Friday. REK hours on Fridays are from 6:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. Take advantage of the weight room, cardio machines, swimming pool, basketball courts and more. A valid employee Sting Card ID is required.
