All business cards must be uniform in appearance. The employee fills out a Personalized Materials Request Form and checks off Business Cards in the upper right hand corner. A first proof will be sent to the employee to check for errors. The employee can either approve it or send it back with corrections. If there were corrections then the employee will be sent a second proof. The employee will continue to receive proofs until an approval is made.
