A male student returned to the Casa Bella complex on Sunday, November 4, after he had been previously warned to stay away via a Criminal Trespass Warning. UTB Police Officers made contact with the subject who fled the scene to evade arrest.

An arrest warrant was obtained and entered on Monday, November 5th, and the subject was arrested on Tuesday, November 6th for Criminal Trespass and Evading Arrest.
