A UTB Police Officer made contact with two male subjects, students at UTB, in the alley behind Jackson St. and 24th St. One of the subjects was found to be in possession of a white metal smoking pipe with marijuana residue. The student was issued a court appearance citation for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. The case has been forwarded to Judicial Affairs.
