SUMMUS Program

Internship

For the first time UTB will have an on Campus Representative. This individual will be housed in the purchasing department.

Responsibilities

• Respond to end users needs and immediately notify Account Manager of any escalated issues.
• Resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction by utilizing available resources on SummusLink.
• Maintain and nurture relationships with the customers by visiting end users on a regular bases.

Internships are one of the best ways for college students to get real work experience. Not only will the intern get hands on experience in an office setting and become part of a team, but they will also gain valuable knowledge in their field of study.
