Authorized Security Agencies

PLEASE NOTE: Police Officers are required an hour prior to, and 30 minutes after any event. Please provide a copy of the security contract to the Fort Brown Memorial Center Management Office. All events allowing/providing alcoholic beverages will require a signed "Permission to Serve Alcoholic Beverage" form.

No Security Guards required when all of the following apply:

• Child's Birthday Party (12 and under)/ Baby Shower
• Scheduled between 8:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.
• No alcoholic beverages are being served
• Rental of smaller hall

Six police officers are required for the following events:

• Boxing Events
• Concerts
• Corporate Events
