Because students may only receive financial aid from one institution for each academic period, it is important to notify the Financial Aid Office, when planning to enroll for courses at another institution, in order to receive your degree at UTB/TSC.

Notify your Financial Aid Office

Simply submit an email to financialaid@utb.edu including: the name of the other institution, projected period of enrollment, and course numbers. While you will need to make payment arrangements with each institution, we will use this information to determine your total financial aid eligibility.

Note: Students planning to enroll at another institution, are strongly encouraged to meet with an Academic Advisor to confirm that courses will apply toward their UTB/TSC degree program.

Which is my Home Campus?

The home campus is the school where a student is admitted into a degree program and where the student will receive their diploma.

All admissions, financial aid, and degree plans should be coordinated through the home campus.
