Veterans Upward bound

The mission of the Veterans Upward Bound program is to identify low-income and/or first generation veterans from our target area of Cameron County who are interested in pursuing a program of postsecondary education. The program helps generate the necessary skills and motivation for program participants to enter and complete a program of postsecondary education.
