Since the beginning of its operation, ITNet has documented the network's infrastructure and specifications, maintained maps for systems, communication rooms and for other related data, voice, and video projects. The operation also maintains a complete and accurate inventory of the location of telecommunication devices for the maintenance of infrastructure level equipment for on-campus & off-campus connectivity for data, voice A/V, video conferencing . The operation also maintains a database of the static IP's assigned to workstations on campus buildings. Campus buildings are being mapped and updated to keep a record of their designated network connections.
