The mission of our department is to provide university Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) services. These services include comprehensive software and hardware project proposals with appropriate budgets and staffing requests. Other services are: centralized and consolidated systems administration to provide ERP services to the university community; computer program development and integration of ERP with other required sub-systems; provide research, analysis and design of automated systems to improve the performance of inefficient systems and enhance systems by instituting new functionality; implement required security measures such as single sign-on and portal functionality for UTB; improve alert/communications systems that impact enrollment.
