B.A.T Computer Information Systems Technology
Description
The B.A.T. Computer Information Systems Technology track prepares individuals for various employments in industry, business, banking services, or fields where computer related knowledge competencies and skills are essential. The program is intended for individuals who:
- are already employed full-time, or have an occupational/technical background
- do not have a bachelor's degree
- plan careers in mid-management, or consulting
- plan to advance in public service (such as legal assistance employment, customs, border patrol)
- plan a career in teaching, corporate (business and industry) training or consulting
- intend to work with information and computer technologies in health services, criminal justice systems, banking, educations systems, transportation and other areas with responsibilities in managing
- develop and maintain information system structures, solving problems, improving systems, and other careers
