Request a Library Instruction
Use this form to request a library tour or instruction session for one or more of your classes. Your responses to the request form will assist our library instructors in designing a session around your desired learning outcomes and one that best meets the needs of your students. In addition, if your class does not meet in a Smart Classroom, it will be necessary to request to use a computer instruction classroom from the User Support Services Department since there are no instructional classrooms in the University Boulevard Library.
