Circulation & Reserves

Check-out/Return Library Materials

University Library's collection must be checked-out and returned at the Library & Research Services Desk.  In order to check-out library materials, all patrons must present their valid UTB or TSC ID CARD. The ID card must be in good condition plus your name, ID number and picture must be visible. For more information, please read our borrowing policies for students, faculty/staff and alumni. Pay Fines

Fines and fees for lost or overdue University Library material can be paid in cash or check at the Library & Research Services Desk. Temporary checks are not accepted.

Monday - Thursday 7:30am - 9:30pm
Friday 7:30am - 4:30pm
Saturday 8:00am - 4:30pm
Sunday 12:00pm - 8:30pm

Study Rooms

The University Library has 20 study rooms available designed to provide a quiet study for individuals or small groups. They vary in size and can accommodate 2-8 people. In order​ provide a clean environment for everyone no, food is allowed in the Study Rooms, only bottled containers and cups with lids.

Study rooms are available for current UTB or TSC students, faculty and staff on a first-come, first served basis and cannot be reserved. Study rooms can be checked out at the Library & Research Services Desk located on the first floor, with a valid UTB or TSC ID card and occupied for a 3 hour time period.
