Responsibilities:

• Reports to Associate Vice President for Enrollment Management and works closely with the other members of the enrollment management team, overseeing undergraduate admissions recruitment and retention efforts.
• Meet with College/University Transfer personnel throughout the State to assist in negotiations for Articulation Agreements between those Colleges and UTB/TSC.
• Meet, individually and in groups, with high school counselors/advisors and college counselors/advisors on a regular basis (especially in school/college organized events) to provide program information, transfer advisement, and assistance related to successful school completion and transfer.
• Orient educators and students about UTB/TSC’s transfer degree plans, Applied Technology programs and online program courses.
• Assist prospective students and college counselors with admission issues, career exploration, financial aid issues and registration.
• Plan and coordinate college visitations, senior/junior high school visitations, workshops and events for students, teachers, parents and public in their regions.
• Assist colleges in recruiting students from their high schools for transfer programs.
• Distribute materials pertaining to UTB Academic programs to relevant populations and public entities such as hospitals, or agencies of the military services.
• Compose required admissions transfer enrollment reports.
