Application Packet Checklist Deadline for all summer programs:

Summer Program Application typed and completed by the applicant
____ Personal Statement on why you want to participate
____ Three Letters of Reference Forms. If you are under 21, you must submit
a Parental Letter of Reference Form.
____ Photocopy of the identification page of the applicant’s passport
____ $250 non-refundable program deposit
____ Scholarships available

October 15th for the Spring / March 31st for the Fall
____ Semester Program Application typed and completed by the applicant
____ Signed Learning Agreement by Advisor, Dean and OGE
____ Personal Statement on why you want to participate
____ Three Letters of Reference Forms. If you are under 21, you must
submit a Parental Letter of Reference Form.
____ Photocopy of the identification page of the applicant’s passport
____ $350 program fee
____ Scholarships available

October 31st

___ Personal Statement on why you want to participate
___ Three letters of reference. If you are under 21, one of the references has
to be filled out by one of your parents.
____ Photocopy of the identification page of the applicant’s passport
____ $500 program deposit
Refund Policy
$350 plus any unrecoverable costs to the Office of Global Engagement at the time of withdrawal are nonrefundable. Any refundable amount will be decided upon by the UTB Study Abroad Committee. To withdraw, the applicant must formally file a letter of withdrawal with the Office of Global Engagement.
