homeostasis: a point of balance
The Homeostasis community is for students who committed to living a well-balanced and engaged lifestyle. Residents of this community discuss and participate in activities examining how to pursue a balanced life in mind, body, and soul.
This program is open to students in any major. Homeostasis encourages students to maintain an active lifestyle including engaging in healthy eating and exercise, managing stress and time, and exploring spirituality and reflection.
- This LLC provides support and information about maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
- Students will become more aware of their strengths and challenges in the dimensions of wellness such as spirituality, fitness and physical health, community wellness, emotional wellness and mental well-being.
- Students will become motivated to make a lifelong commitment to keeping wellness a priority.
