A True Believer
What book has been influential in your life and why?
The book “The Giving Tree,” by Shel Silverstein, has been most influential throughout my life because when I faced hardships all I could do was and is give my fullest potential to do the best in my ability to overcome obstacles.
If you could travel back in time, where would you go?
I would go back to the days when my mother would take me to kinder.
What is it that most excites you about the journey you’re about to begin?
The opportunities, the people, and the dreams I will able to achieve thrills me!
Why are you and UTB a good match?
Imagine yourself in four years at graduation. What will you be thinking?
Because Ozzie the Ocelot loves to sleep and so do I! Aside from that, The University of Texas at Brownsville has a different and new perspective on things, I feel safe, and the ambiance is always cheerful.
What are your favorite activities outside of academics?
I love to dance and I now I assist to learn and expand my language on different aesthetics of dance.
I will be thinking of resolutions for new commercial centers that will be established and the future business industries in Brownsville.
