Tools for Academic Success
The Student Success Center is committed to providing first-year students, as well as all our university students, the tools for academic success by helping our students establish a solid foundation for learning. The Learning and Study Strategies Inventory (LASSI) is one of the tools used by the academic counselor to help students discover their skills and strategies for learning.
The LASSI is a 10-scale assessment designed to measure the learning and study skills, practices, and attitudes. After taking the LASSI, students should schedule follow-up appointments with an academic counselor to review and better understand their result.
