This site will inform you of the different ways in which UTB and TSC seeks community involvement. We are a community-engaged university and we hope you can become involved with some facet of our institution.
UTB and TSC defines community engagement as:
“the collaboration between institutions of higher education and their larger communities (local, regional/state, national, global) for the mutually beneficial exchange of knowledge and resources in a context of partnership and reciprocity.”
Here are a few ways to become involved and to learn about our university’s different facets of community engagement. Please contact other UTB and TSC schools, departments, centers, and divisions for other ways to become engaged. We pride ourselves in our community outreach and curricular engagement.
