The Art Gallery in the Rusteberg Building at UTB/TSC Presents Talent and Incentive
Brownsville, TX – The Art Gallery in the Rusteberg Building is proud to present “Talent and Incentive” a scholarship sponsored by the College of Liberal Arts. The scholarship winners are UTB/TSC students Luis Sanchez and Yareth Fernandez. Their work consists of mixed media within painting, drawing and installation.
