Biography:
Cody Cox received his Ph.D. in Psychology from Rice University in 2010. Before that he completed his Master’s Degree in Experimental Psychology from Wake Forest University in 2005 and his Bachelor’s in Psychology and Religion (double major) from Southwestern University in 2000. His research interests include examining the effects of age on motivation, the relationship between culture and attitudes towards aging, and the prevalence of age discrimination in the workplace as well as exploring the relationship between culture and academic performance. He has taught courses in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Tests and Measurement, Research Methods and Introduction to Psychology.
Dr. Cox enjoys traveling and has taught ESL courses in China and South Korea. He also enjoys running, movies, and attempting to train his dogs.
