Biography:
Tyler Dial, assistant master technical instructor, received his B.A. in business management from UT Austin and M.P.A. from Texas Tech University. His areas of expertise are public administration, and healthcare policy and management. He has over 25 years of experience as a senior operations manager in the public and private sector, which includes health maintenance organizations, integrated hospital systems, multi-specialty physician groups and a leading academic medical institution. In addition, he is the director of UTB/TSC's Certified Public Managers program.
