Alfredo Mercuri has been teaching Spanish, Translation and Interpreting courses at the University of Texas at Brownsville for half a decade. He holds an M.A. in Leadership and Organizational Studies with an emphasis on Conflict Management from Fresno Pacific University in California, and a Graduate Diploma in Translation from UTB. He is a State Certified Medical Interpreter and has 15 years of experience in the field, in addition to being the State representative of the International Medical Interpreting Association.
