Welcome! The Master Reading Teacher (MRT) certificate consists of only five courses. It is a completely online graduate program and it leads to teaching licensure (after your initial licensure). The program is synchronous and you will be able to see and hear the professor and class members. The C&I/Reading M.Ed. is mostly online, or hybrid. The five MRT courses are part of this curriculum and instruction master’s program.
