"Student Success Tips for Faculty"

As you prepare for a new academic year, please review the attached link 25 Student Success Tips for Faculty. It is a compilation of suggestions from the Education Advisory Board for helping students address common issues as well as information specific to UTB regarding policies, services and resources designed to help students succeed. The sections include Personal Challenges, Helping Students Control Costs, and Academic Engagement. You may want to include some of this information in your syllabi and/or discuss it during the first weeks of class.
