De Puño y Letra

The first issue of De Puño y Letra, a journal of creative writing in Spanish, was published by the UTB/TSC Modern Languages Department in May 2005. It consists of 50 poems and short stories written by students in Spanish 4392, a Seminar in Creative Writing.

A limited number of copies are available at the Modern Languages Department, Cardenas Hall South, Room 288, (956) 882-8246.

The Journal of Classroom Interaction is known for its focused issues on classroom interaction.

This double issue brings together a series of articles guest edited by Judith Green, Audra Skukauskaite and Claire Wyatt-Smith that examine the connection between classroom interaction and the relationship with meaning within the context of learning that the guest editors have addressed.

Journal of South Texas English Studies

The Journal of South Texas English Studies was created by the UTB/TSC English Graduate Advancement and Development Society (EGADS!) in March 2009. It provides a local, blind-peer-reviewed outlet for the academic study of English literature and rhetoric. The journal’s primary purpose is to serve UTB/TSC students and faculty, but it is open to all submissions and has published work from multiple countries. The journal is produced twice each year and is a collaborative effort between EGADS! and the UTB/TSC English Department.
